When you submit an inquiry or contact form, book or express interest in a trip, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us. If you book travel with us, we may also collect information needed to arrange your trip, such as passport details, dietary needs, and emergency contacts; these are collected directly from you during the booking process, not through the Site.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security systems record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for site security and performance. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical signals to distinguish humans from bots; it does not show you puzzles or track you across sites.
Cookies. The Site uses a small number of cookies necessary for it to function and for basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell advertising and do not use advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, plan and deliver travel services you request, send our newsletter if you've subscribed (every issue includes an unsubscribe link), and keep the Site secure. We send marketing email only to people who have asked for it.
How We Share It
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) travel suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transport providers) as needed to deliver a trip you've booked; (b) service providers who help us run the Site and communications — currently our web hosting provider, Microsoft (email), Brevo (newsletter delivery), and Cloudflare (site security and delivery) — each only for the purpose of providing their service; and (c) authorities where the law requires it.
Your Choices & Rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected] or writing to us at the address above.
California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used (described above), the right to request access to or deletion of your information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We keep inquiry and booking information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. We use reputable providers and industry-standard protections (encrypted connections, access controls) to safeguard your information; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
