About Our Journeys
How big are your groups?
Our journeys are limited to a maximum of 8 guests. Small groups mean personal attention, access to boutique wineries that can't host bus tours, and a trip that feels like traveling with friends.
What's included in the trip price?
Every journey includes boutique accommodation, private drivers and transportation throughout, private wine tours and tastings, city visits with knowledgeable guides, Wi-Fi, and most meals as described in each itinerary. International airfare to and from the trip's start point is not included.
How long are the trips?
Most journeys run seven days, typically Sunday to Saturday. Select trips run longer — our Spain & Portugal journey spans two weeks — and multi-week add-on options are available if you'd like to extend your travels.
Are your trips guided?
Yes — every journey is escorted, with private drivers throughout and local experts at each stop. At the wineries we visit, you're welcomed by the winemakers and their families themselves.
I'm traveling solo — can I join?
Absolutely. Prices are based on double occupancy, and single-occupancy pricing is available on every trip. Solo travelers are warmly welcome in our small groups.
How physically demanding are the trips?
Expect comfortable but full days: walking through historic towns, stairs, and vineyard terrain. Tell us about any mobility considerations when you inquire, and we'll advise honestly whether a particular journey is a good fit.
Booking & Payment
How do I reserve a place?
Send us an inquiry through any trip page or our contact form, or call us at 888.206.1557. We'll talk through the trip, confirm availability, and hold your place with a 25% deposit.
When is the balance due?
Your payment schedule is confirmed in writing with your booking. Full details are provided before any payment beyond the deposit.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care abroad, and baggage for all guests.
What travel documents do I need for Europe?
A passport valid at least three months beyond your travel dates, and — for U.S. travelers — the ETIAS travel authorization required for visa-exempt visitors to Europe. We'll guide you through current requirements when you book.
